Trademark Policy

• Strata — the primary brand and wordmark
• The Strata logo and mark
• The Strata tagline: “We score AI judgment, not AI usage.”
• Any other logos, icons, or brand elements displayed on the Strata platform

These marks are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use Strata marks without prior written permission to:

• Refer to Strata in editorial, journalistic, or educational content
• Link to the Strata platform from your website or social media
• Describe your Strata assessment or judgment score on your portfolio, resume, or LinkedIn profile
• Truthfully state that your organization assesses candidates with Strata

In all permitted uses, the mark must be used in its correct form and must not be altered, abbreviated, or combined with other marks.

Without express written permission, you may not use Strata marks:

• As part of your own product name, service name, company name, or domain name
• In a manner implying endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Strata
• On merchandise, apparel, or physical goods
• In modified, distorted, or stylized forms that differ from the official assets
• In any way that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful to Strata’s reputation

When using the Strata logo with permission:

• Use only the official logo files provided by Strata
• Do not alter the proportions, colors, or orientation of the logo
• Display it on a background with sufficient contrast and legibility
• Maintain clear space around the logo so it stands apart from other elements

Organizations with an active agreement with Strata are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our marks for the purposes outlined in that agreement, such as co-branded assessment invitations, for its duration.

If you become aware of unauthorized or improper use of Strata marks, please report it to sameera@stratahire.ai. We investigate all reported cases.

Strata reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
